Supersouls (Patrick Jarvis) is the data controller for waitlist signups. Contact: contact@supersouls.app
What we collect
For this waitlist, we only collect the first name, email address, optional training frequency, language preference, and the timestamp of your consent. Signups are forwarded to our inbox by email — we do not use a separate signup database.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you tick the checkbox and submit the form.
Why we collect it
To notify you about beta access and product updates for Supersouls. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sub-processors
Your data is processed by Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting). Signups are stored in our email inbox until you ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@supersouls.app. You can withdraw consent at any time — we will delete your waitlist entry on request.
Retention
We keep your waitlist data in our email records until the beta launch concludes, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Cookies
We only store your language preference (locale) in your browser's local storage. No analytics or advertising cookies on this landing page.
